Aida has led the company Interestates (Europe) Ltd since 1997. She has a Masters degree in Economics and before founding Interestates (Europe) Ltd she led a company called Compulink Estates based in Kensington, London. Aida’s company was the first to use virtual viewing, this achievement made it on to CNN. Aida spent 14 years operating in the South of France, selling off-plan properties for high end developers including Bouygues Construction, George V, Codegim and working freelance for Sotheby’s Realty Cote D’Azur selling luxary, high-end villas in Prestigious areas of South of France. Aida decided in early 2015 to re-locate back to her favourite City of London to expand her business further in to the international market including the Far East, Middle East, Russia, Europe and North America.
Interestates portfolio reflects our diversified client base, and ranges from smaller residential units to luxury residences. Whatever the size our focus is always our client, and their specific needs. Our commitment to our clients is such that in every instance we worked with individual property owners, they chose us as a sole marketer of their residences. Interestates one-to-one client liaison and bespoke marketing services mean that we avoid a speculative approach and only match the right properties to the right buyers. We do this through painstaking research, extensive investor connections, attendance at key property exhibitions and organising our own high profile networking events. In addition to our core business we offer a range of property services, from guaranteeing rental income to the buyer, customised marketing and management services, to design and architectural consultancy. We work in partnership with a leading London based architectural firm V3 on realising the best design and spatial potential of any property type. Interestates’s most important client is the largest family run developer, Galliard Homes Ltd, with whom we have a very successful and close relationship.
Aida is passionate about structure and design and has over the years personally designed and refurbished several properties. Her other interests include arts and sports, and having travelled widely and lived in a number of countries, she is fascinated by diverse cultures and traditions and how these inform her aesthetic philosophy. Aida is fluent in English and French, in addition to her native language of Serbo-Croat. Her biggest ambition is to set up a school in India.
Sally Wang has spent the past 15 years studying, living and working in the UK. Previously, Associate Director for a very successful property company working with Chinese Investors, for three years, before she ventured on to set up her own company targeting at Chinese property buyers. She is also the author of “Buy Smart, what you need to know when investing in UK properties” – The First Bilingual business book written by a British Chinese to teach the Chinese buyers or other overseas buyers how the UK property market works.
Sally has also been chosen as one of the 2015 BBC 100 WOMEN, she also writes for Dow Jones as a columnist to cover the UK property market for the Chinese.
Porrius Zhou, graduated from UCL with a Master's degree, is our Chinese representative. He has worked in The European Chamber of Commerce in China and gained experience in the Chinese market. His real estate career started in London with Interestates, where he worked with various developments in the UK and launch the selected properties in China.
