The design rationale for Lavender Heights is derived from three key references. These have generated and informed the Masterplan. In this respect , our choice of references are no different from those which structure towns and villages of the region. We seek to generate a masterplan which provides a contemporary solution incorporating responses to those reference points and the functional needs of the 21st Century.
These sources have for many centuries been and remain the destiny, soul and solemn promise of the people of this region.
